NOTE: We are looking for an intern who can commit full-time (5 days a week) from January to June 2025. This is NOT a Creative role but an Project Management role for the internal Creative Team.
Key Responsibilities
Resource Management & Creative
- Work closely with the Creative Services Manager and Head of Creative Services in providing assistance to identifying and scheduling the right resources for projects.
- Build and resource complex timelines using proper project management methodologies and tools.
- Possess advanced and intricate understanding of both individual and team’s capabilities once joined (competency levels in different hard skills and software) to best fit creatives according to scope and project briefs.
- Have a clear oversight of full creative capacity and number of creative briefs in the system to ensure talents are effectively utilised.
- Maximise team output and efficiencies by de-conflicting and working with internal teams on the best solution for all parties.
- Manage entire process of creative awards and internal initiatives/house jobs.
- Cognisant of recent award-winning works/industry best practices.
People Management
- Collaborate daily with project managers and internal teams.
- Maintain good working relationships with all the relevant teams (e.g. brand managers, project managers, creatives etc.) to ensure smooth workflow, communication and enhance resource management.
- Be a partner to the Executive Creative Director to drive excellence within the agency’s Creative team e.g. take pride in work, meeting timelines, finding suitable talent, getting the best work out of highest quality etc.
