Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software. Ensure models and/or drawi..
Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable design codes/standards and specifications.
Design and detailing of systems.
Attendance for design and construction reviews.
Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards
Requirements
Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
Degree Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
