Responsibilities
· Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets
· Understand and develop the Indonesia market, identify and convert target customers
· Manage contract negotiations and salesforce reporting
· Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close
· Work on the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Requirements
· University degree in a relevant field or extensive professional experience
· Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels, with an understanding of regional market needs
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a strong business development background in sales
· A proven track record of sales achievement as a sales representative
· Experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent
· Experience directly managing a pipeline of complex, large deals
· Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to develop and present ideas to varying levels of audiences
· Deep understanding of the sales process as it relates to Large Enterprise and Mid-market companies
· Hands-on leader who strikes a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution
· Fluent in Indonesia and English both in speaking and written
