Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work within a team responsible for maintaining accurate company documentation. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating tasks within the department and assisting team members as needed.
- Managing and controlling sales and project documentation.
- Ensuring all documentation complies with document control procedures, meeting established requirements and standards.
- Monitoring project status and claims, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with document reviews and audits to ensure document quality and compliance.
- Understanding clients’ document control requirements (e.g., Direct Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors) to ensure proper document management and preparation.
- Sharing documents with key stakeholders to facilitate the timely execution and completion of tasks.
- Collecting and calculating worker timesheets on time
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Nitec/Diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative, document control, coordinator experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience with ERP system preferred, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Willing to learn, organised and meticulous with data entry and has the ability to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM
