Prepare treatment room for patients
Prepare patients for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping them
Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area
Provide materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments
Provide diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies, and pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts
Completing preventive maintenance of dental equipment
Maintain dental supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level
To multitask at the reception and other admin duties if required
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Coordinator
Job Requirements:
NITEC in Dental Assisting would be an advantage
Experience not required
Good team player
Ability to multi-task
Warm, cheerful and optimistic personality and empathetic by nature
Able to converse in Chinese to assist patients who speak only Chinese
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about providing outstanding patient experience
Job Highlights:
5.5 days a week
Clinic does not operate on shift basis
Clinic is closed on Sundays
