Job Scope:

• Report directly to the Corporate Sales Director.
• Manage a portfolio of hotel and catering corporate clients in Singapore.
• Prepare professional quotations and proposals using presentation tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for handling inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
• Draft and manage sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics and production) to fulfill client requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and communications in the CRM system.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure accounts are current.
• Research and compile lead lists for potential new hotel and catering clients.
• Assist in preparing materials for sales presentations.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting hotel and catering clients by drafting and distributing relevant content.

Elites HR is recruiting for Facilities Technician for Cilent in Facilities Managment industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc inspections of the property to ensure its optimal condition and functionality.
• Collaborate with and oversee the Authority’s contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed promptly and to high standards.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and serve as the primary liaison with the Authority for facilities management matters.
• Address and resolve complaints, inquiries, and feedback related to M&E systems and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Ensure the property complies fully with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Oversee and ensure the timely execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Generate and submit detailed monthly inspection reports.
• Manage the administration of access cards (both virtual and physical) for onboarding and offboarding of staff and vendors.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for access card issues faced by staff or vendors.
• Capture and upload photos of staff or vendors into the facial recognition system as required.
• Handle any additional tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the property, as directed by the Authority or its representatives.

Qualifications:

• The Facilities Technician shall have minimum higher NITEC certificates with at least 3 years' work experience in Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or building-related field.
