Job Scope:
- Research and connect with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver customized sales presentations to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize sales while adhering to company policies.
- Develop design proposals and generate 2D spatial plan layouts in alignment with client preferences.
- Address any other ad hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting client expectations and project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in HDB/ Condo construction
- Skilled in the utilization of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
