Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in creating, updating and removing employees’ data in the payroll system
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in preparing and processing payroll.
- Check and ensure all payroll executives’ payroll tabulation is accurate and timely
- Check and ensure all payroll abides by the countries’ requirements
Leave
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in creating, processing and updating the employees’ leaves and/or claims to internal leave management system and government bodies
- Check and ensure all leaves are updated in leave management system and submitted to stakeholders
- Check and ensure all leave are migrated
Insurance
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in setting up the relevant medical benefits for each employees
- Check and ensure all employees are covered on time and accurately
Payroll Admin
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders timely and accurately
- Train all payroll executives to be proficient in preparing and disseminating letters timely and accurately
Other Administration
- Attend monthly management meetings
- Review, amend and maintain HR Payroll executive’s training plan and materials
- Drafting and communication of HR memos and advisory
- All other duties requested by the HR Director
Requirements:
- Min ITE or Diploma certificate
- About 5-6 years of experience in Payroll processing, managing more than 500 payrolls, both full timers and part timers
- Have experience to lead 8 or more payroll executives and audit their work accuracy
- Location: Central Region
