Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the profitability and budget of the building through planning, implementation and monitoring of operating & capital expenditures.
• Responsible for overall smooth operation of the building and car park, ensuring emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to various stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports
• Motivate staff to ensure productivity and advocate work process improvement through implementation of digital initiatives.
• Ensure the team complete the rectification of building defects, minor improvement works, tenancy works, routine inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure compliance of all statutory requirement.
• Work with the team to ensure all Licenses & Certificates from relevant authorities are renewed timely and to obtain various accreditation in the market.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders and ensure timely & proper closure on their feedbacks
• Maintain good communication with tenants to ensure continuous improvement on their performance.

Requirements:

• Possess working experience in Grade A office building
• Practicing Fire Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the managers in overseeing the daily operations for Office Towers
• Attend to feedback and manage relation of occupants
• Investigate and follow up with appropriate methodology and effective defect rectification works
• Attend and manage fitting-out works to ensure house rules, authorities’ requirement and prescribed safety standards are complied
• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors / vendors to ensure that their works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
• Ensure timely implementation and completion in renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses
• Raise PO and certify job completion / delivery undertaken by contractors / vendors
• Manage and update online systems including occupant portal, digital directory, access control and online PTW
