Job Responsibilities:
- Revise, enhance, implement, and sustain the inter-company transfer pricing policies, protocols, and framework for the group.
- Aggregate and compile data and information to facilitate the creation of transfer pricing documentation reports.
- Collaborate with external parties to oversee and formulate transfer pricing documentation for bolstering inter-company transactions in alignment with local regulations within the region.
- Evaluate and establish arm's length prices as per the findings of transfer pricing documentation reports.
- Conduct routine internal assessments of transfer pricing policies to align with the most recent developments in tax regulations and oversee transfer pricing audits if deemed necessary.
- Analyze and devise business strategies pertaining to taxation.
- Provide support for the tax components of Group direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to local country tax mandates.
- Serve as an internal business consultant for all tax-related matters within the region, encompassing both direct and indirect taxes for the Group.
- Participate in projects as assigned.
- Assist the Group Tax Manager with occasional group tax matters, serving as a key point of contact to facilitate all tax compliance and advisory issues.
