Position: Customer Service Officer

Location: Mountbatten

Salary: Up to $2800

Job Description:

• Manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate coding and resolution.
• Collect precise customer information and update records accordingly.
• Verify support agreements and warranty validity following local guidelines.
• Log all calls, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
• Enter complete and accurate data into the CRM tool.
• Scheduling appointments across service centers and ensuring mobility services are offered.
• Screen technical calls and direct them to the appropriate channel.
• Provide customers with call numbers for follow-up.
• Offer timely and professional general advice to customers.
• Assist in special product campaigns or promotions.
• Coordinate services, pickups, and deliveries for customers.
• Assist in generating required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

• Must be comfortable to do OT.
• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Customer Service industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Centre support.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
