Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Process and issue tenant invoices, track and follow up on overdue payments.
- Accounts Payable: Record vendor invoices and manage payment processing.
- General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of GST, Income Tax, and Budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal and accounting controls.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the property or real estate sector will be advantageous.
- Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., Voyager, Yardi).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of full-set accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Experience with debt management will be advantageous.
