Responsibilities:

• Conduct merchandise stock-taking at redemption booths at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Assist commuters with the redemption process in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Distribute merchandise according to the redemption guidelines.

Requirements:

• Able to stand for long hours. (8 hours)
• Able to work on weekends.
• Not blocked dates during this period.
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.

Work Days: Roster

Work Time 11am - 8pm

Job Description:

• Assist with registration of inpatient visitors via kiosk, counters etc.
• Assist with scan-in/out duties at the gantries.
• Assist with retrieval of RTLS tags from exit gantries, replenishment of tags to counters, kiosks, charging room, office etc.
• Assist with way finding duties, taking in general queries/feedback and ensure needful information is escalated according to department’s reporting structure.
• Ensure adequate communication is performed within the team to ensure all ground duties are completed promptly.

Job Requirement:

• Able to stand for the whole shift.
• Able to start immediately.
• Understand that this is in the Healthcare industy, and is open to working on weekends and PH.
• Team Player.
