Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and offer input on candidates.
- Research potential job applicants through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and databases.
- Perform initial phone interviews to filter the candidate pool and collect more details.
- Create and deliver reports on candidate evaluations, featuring summaries and recommendations.
- Organize interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Facilitate salary offer discussions for clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment is preferred, the candidate without relevant experience but with a keen interest in recruitment sales will also be considered.
- Specialization in a particular industry or a generalist background in recruitment is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
- A self-starter and team player with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment tools and databases.
