We are looking for a committed individual with the drive and passion to thrive in a dynamic environment, to join us as Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of local and overseas finance professionals
• Oversee the full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
• Timely and accurate analytical review of the group financial and management reports, half-yearly reports and SGX announcements
• Review tax computations, including GST submission and liaise with tax agents for compliance and timely submission
• Ensure adoption & compliance of IFRS standards by the group
• Drive the implementation of group policies, processes and systems
• Liaise with internal/external auditors
• Any additional scope as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Good Accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong accounting knowledge & familiarity with Singapore/International financial reporting standards
• At least 6 years relevant work experience preferably in audit and commercial firms
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Hands on consolidation experience using consolidation software such as Lucanet or SAP
• Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and proactively within a team
• Positive working & learning attitude with good understanding of work processes & internal controls
• Prior experience as reviewer

Looking for a committed individual to join us as Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
• Review financial results of subsidiaries
• Keep full set of accounts for investment holding subsidiaries
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management reports, quarterly reports and SGX announcements of the group
• Liaise with external and internal auditors during annual audit
• Prepare tax computations and liaise with tax agents
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Prepare Annual Report of Group
• Other duties / project as assigned

Job Requirements

• Good Accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong accounting knowledge & familiarity with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with audit, consolidation experience and being in reviewer role
• Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and proactively within a team
• Meticulous & proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Possess good understanding of work processes & internal controls

Responsibilities

· Field service work on highly complex equipment which involves troubleshooting, diagnostic and repairing at customer wafer fab in local and overseas facility.

· Knowledge of Laser and optics is beneficial.

· Prepare field service reports on work activity and provide customer with supporting functions on re-occurring problems.

· Training and OJT will be provided.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering

· Good interpersonal/communication skills in understanding customer needs.

· Shows initiative and can work independently.

· Able to work overtime and travel at short notice when required.

• Setup, commissioning and decommissioning of equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with semiconductor equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Conduct training for customers’ engineers
• Provide technical support to maintain high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve technical issue
• Able to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Prior experience working in semiconductor industry would be an added advantage
