Responsibilities
· Field service work on highly complex equipment which involves troubleshooting, diagnostic and repairing at customer wafer fab in local and overseas facility.
· Knowledge of Laser and optics is beneficial.
· Prepare field service reports on work activity and provide customer with supporting functions on re-occurring problems.
· Training and OJT will be provided.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
· Good interpersonal/communication skills in understanding customer needs.
· Shows initiative and can work independently.
· Able to work overtime and travel at short notice when required.
