Elmwood Brand Consultancy seeks a seasoned professional to join our team as a Group Account Director. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience in account management and team leadership to elevate our clients' brands to new heights. As a Group Account Director, you will oversee multiple accounts, guiding our teams in delivering exceptional branding solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your strategic acumen and ability to foster strong client relationships will be integral to positioning Elmwood as a leader in the branding industry. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that our projects are aligned with our clients’ business objectives and brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships that drive account growth.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts and lead efforts to secure new client partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to produce innovative branding solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform client strategies and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management within the branding or design industry, with a proven record of successful client engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
