Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the timely closing of monthly financial statements.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules, including those for fixed assets, leases, etc.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare external financial reports as required.
- Compile and prepare monthly GST reports.
- Manage weekly payment processing and payment forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional accounting qualifications.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA designation is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is beneficial.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Business Controlling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Must be a hardworking, positive team player in a small accounting department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, take initiative, prfioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
