Attachment Description
The Project Manager is responsible all the projects planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality. He/She maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times. He also plays an active role to report all progress and details to the director of the company directly.
He possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various customer, vendors and sub contractors. He is resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills. He is proactive and detail-oriented in his works. He is also able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. He is expected to be and work on-site for various projects that he/she is handling.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
2.Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
3. Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and vendors to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
4. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
5. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
6. Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system and lead a team of project staff
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Good leadership skills and able to manage team well.
2. Able to overcome any unforeseen issues relating to site surrounding.
3. Has a good understanding ofthe updated safety procedures.
4. Ability to manage health and behaviourial safety issues.
5. Ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the subcontractors and staffs on duty
