Job Description & Requirements
- Selected candidate will be assisting in Healthcare, Senior / Active Ageing Care, Childcare Centre or other institution or private projects depending on office assignment.
- Handle projects from conceptual design, feasibility studies, presentation drawings, detail design until construction.
- Coordinating and liaising with the clients and various consultants and contractors.
- Liaise with Authorities, prepare and make submissions to obtain statutory approval.
- Prepare tender documentation and working drawings
- Attend Site Meetings and follow up on tasks required. Assist in administering contracts and site inspections.
- Any other project or work-related matters assigned by the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum with recognized Degree /Master in Architecture
- Pro-active and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team and able to work independently.
- Able to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
- Possess effective communication skills both verbal, written and digital.
- Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop and Sketchup a must.
- Knowledge in Rendering, BIM Modelling (Revit), Lumion and Microsoft Projects will be an added advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of Relevant Working Experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome!)
