Job Description
- Type, file and send all necessary correspondences directed by the CM.
- Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received through the
telephone and to keep proper records of such inquiries, requests
or complaints.
- Manage the booking of all facilities such as the BBQ pits, Karaoke rooms etc.
- Set up a proper filing system to ensure proper documentation and administration of the Corporation.
- Assist the CM in the management of the petty cash.
- Keep proper records of payment made by residents.
- Manage and maintain inventory of office stationery.
- Manage and arrange for the maintenance of all office equipment.
- Arrange all meetings as requested by the CM and to prepare all necessary documents for such meetings.
- Any other duties assigned by the CM.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years and above MCST Experience in residential development.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Customer orientated
- Good PR skills
