Job Scope:-
Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for beverage orders
Provide excellent customer service and answering customers' queries on different types of beverages
Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and respond to customer needs
Follow the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards- Follow the organisation's food waste management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Follow the organisation's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
Execute daily operational tasks according to company standards (Opening/Closing)
Count/order and replenish inventory when supplies run low
Carry out crisis response and recovery activities in accordance with business continuity policies
Share current work processes and procedures with supervisors during process improvement review
Suggest and execute areas for continuous improvement within work area
Job Requirement:-
Min. 1 year experience with free pour latte art making skills preferred
Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and values of 6oz Espresso Bar
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
Able to multi-task effectively and handle different job tasks independently as well as in a team
