Our client, a prominent family office is seeking a dynamic and versatile Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role extends beyond traditional administrative duties, incorporating financial research and corporate development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, the Board of Directors, family shareholders, senior executives, and external stakeholders while contributing to strategic projects and investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, Board members, family shareholders, and key external parties.
- Financial Research: Conduct market analysis, research investment opportunities, and prepare reports to assist the CEO in decision-making.
- Corporate Development: Collaborate on strategic initiatives, including evaluating potential business opportunities and preparing presentations for stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Manage ad-hoc projects and support the CEO with external engagements and personal matters as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, financial research, or corporate development roles, preferably within a family office or financial services environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO in high-level interactions.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage diverse responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
