The Role:

As a multidisciplinary creative and Senior/Designer for Energea, you’ll transform ideas into

compelling visuals and brand experiences that speak to the intended audience. Your primary role

is to conduct research, identify trends, conceive, and deliver exceptional design and creative work

that are consistent with the image and visual language of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting colleagues or PIC to discuss the design brief for new products.

• Making sketches of ideas by hand or computer, and developing the most effective ideas into detailed drawings using specialist computer software.

• Assist on product packaging adaptation and amendments on graphics work.

• Assist on providing graphical presentation of the products during development process.

• Provide POSM display designs and development based on existing and new products developed.

• Create visually appealing posters, banners, and digital ads for e-commerce platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.

• Design promotional graphics for seasonal campaigns, special offers, and new product launches.

• Work closely with e-commerce managers, product teams, and marketing specialists to align design projects with business goals.

• Capture high-quality, detailed images of products for use on e-commerce platforms, websites, and marketing materials.

• Ensure product images accurately represent the item’s features, dimensions, colours, and textures.

• Assist and support on any marketing required work (graphics related) when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in communication design

• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in agencies

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

• Excellent visualisation, communication and collaboration skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and change priorities effectively

• Open to feedback and ability to adapt quickly

• Knowledge in design for 3D, Web, Video, software is preferred

About the role:

As a Junior 3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and

animations that bring our ideas to life. You will work closely with our 3D lead and Art Directors,

from Mesh Collective’s brands, to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality 3D renders, animations, and visual effects for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and websites.

- Ensure that 3D visuals are delivered on time and meet the required technical specifications.

- Create compelling storyboards and effectively communicate ideas for 3D animation production.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and video production.

- Experiment with new techniques and tools, to improve the quality and expand 3D skill sets.

Requirements:

- Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Knowledge of 3D animation production processes, including editing and compositing.

- Prior experience preferred in motion graphics design, animation, or related fields.

- Experience working in an agency or dynamic creative environment would be a bonus.

- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D renders and animation work is required.
