Medical Device – Sales Manager / Business Manager – Surgical Technology & Implants
A Fortune 500 Medical Device organisation is driving expansion across the APAC region in 2025. We are confidentially seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Manager to join their thriving business and play a key role in advancing surgical technology and implants.
The Opportunity
As part of this team, you’ll lead efforts to promote market-leading medical devices while driving business growth and team performance. You will gain exposure to diverse business responsibilities, including strategic planning, operations, and leadership development.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in healthcare, life sciences, medical, business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or business management within the Medical Devices sector.
- Experience managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving performance to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Familiarity with scientifically or technologically advanced medical devices (e.g., cardiology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, minimally invasive technologies, and similar will be considered).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and sales pipeline tracking.
- Exceptional ability to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, expand customer bases, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Experience in market research, planning, and trend analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of hospital operations and environments.
