Job Description:

• Answering phone calls and some administrative duties
• Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail including arranging courier requests
• Management of pantry supplies, office consumables, ordering, monitoring, and replenishing all supplies
• Leading and maintenance of all office facilities including but not limited to photocopiers, lighting, aircon, security, pantry equipment, carpet cleaning, office cleanliness and etc
• Assist in staff training and development activities
• Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
• Data entry and verification of data.
• Other administrative duties required by the Company’s Management

Major Duties:

· Perform statutory audits of Private Limited Companies in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Standards on Auditing and provisions of the Companies Act.

· Perform non-statutory audits of management corporations, solicitors’ accounts, charitable organizations and other industry.

· Involve in the preparation of the certified financial statements, compliance report and special purpose audit engagement.

· Discuss with clients on the audit of their accounts especially the weaknesses in their internal control system and prepare and issue management letters to clients.

· Assist in identifying key financial ratios that are to be used by the business to assess performance and other relevant performance indicators.

· Compute and review the computation of clients’ corporate tax liabilities.

· Various other duties including undertaking special assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Formal education:

- Diploma/ITE in an Accounting/Finance discipline

- Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline

- ACCA graduates (or currently pursuing)

Relevant work experience:

- Fresh graduates or

- 1 to 3 years’ experience in an audit industry

Technical skills:

- Demonstrated an understanding of the Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Standards on Auditing and provisions of the Companies Act.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and service a portfolio of clientele, develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities

· Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalisation

· Manage a team of audit professionals and assist the Audit Partner and Director in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients

· Perform review work of audit teams' findings

· Coach, mentor and build high performance teams

Requirements

· Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA

· Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in a public accounting firm

· Possess strong technical (accounting/auditing standards), project management and time management skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Possess initiative and an analytical mind

· Ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals
