Job Description & Requirements
- CLINIC ASSISTANTS
- Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
- Patient care support, such as taking of vital signs.
- Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
- Assist doctor and staff nurses during consultation and patient care.
- Cashiering and admimistrative support duties as assigned
- Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be an added bonus
- Administrative work, file for medisave/ insurance claims
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Min 3 years or more years of experience in a clinic setting.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- PC Literacry skills in MS/ Excel/ Powerpoint
- Working hours: 830am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays), 830am to 1pm (Saturdays)
- Work location will be in Central / Novena
- Singaporean preferred
- Able to speak MANDARIN to the Chinese-speaking patients
