Responsibility

• Test program design and development for new products and project management.
• Create and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs for both production and characterization testing of new products.
• Design and develop final test load boards and wafer sort probe cards.
• Conduct characterization testing, prepare test specifications, and define tests, conditions, and criteria.
• Possess strong digital and mixed-signal programming skills for ATE using C++/VB languages and scripting.
• Monitor and manage production test yields, including handling maverick lots and engineering lots.
• Perform hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improve test solutions in both hardware and software.
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions.
• Enhance the technical competency of the team.
• Develop product test plans, schedules, resource requirements, and track project execution.
• Conduct product test reviews, approve test program releases, and maintain and improve the product test process.
• Any other duties as required

Requirements

• Experience with ATE test program development using C++ or VB
• Experience with Test Hardware Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Experience with using of Teradyne ATE testers, Chroma or others

Job Description:

• Familiar with SAP - PP and MM modules.
• Meet monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Control inventory and 100% delivery to the customers.
• Collect and estimate customer forecasts, to create an 18-month production plan and load it into the SAP system.
• Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook, accuracy is requested.
• Weekly release two weeks production schedule and fix one week without change.
• Daily work with the operation team to follow up on schedule attainment.
• Daily work with the material team to understand the material support plan.
• Monthly submit a six-month build plan to the IE team to study capacity.
• Weekly release ship plan according to customer demand and operation output.
• Work with the quality team if have a quality issue and how to replace customers on time.
• Weekly update SAP planning, ensuring correct forecast to release to the supplier.

Requirements:

• At least three years of production planner/production control prior experience.
• Open to Diploma holders or higher.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Chinese speakers - must liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
• Local Singaporeans only.
• Regular Normal Working hours.
