• Familiar with pumps, motors, control panels, piping, elevtricals wiring.
• Preferably with a specialise skill such as Welding, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Piping, Instrumentation & Controls etc.
• Certifications in Safety and/or other specialities
• Handle a team of technicians

1. Drives the delivery truck to transport products from the warehouse to the customer’s facility and from customer’s facilities to warehouse.
2. Ensure deliveries are duly acknowledged by the customers.
3. Ensure that the delivery truck is properly maintained and report all faculty and damaged equipment to the management and ensure good housekeeping standards in the respective work area.
4. Observe and comply with safety procedures, such as road safety, and adhere to chemical handling safety procedures.
5. Ensure cleanliness of the work area, upkeeps equipment and assists in maintenance program and operating of production machinery and equipment.
6. Also assists in loading and unloading of cargoes onto vehicles

Key Responsibilities :

• Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.
• Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.

Brief Job Description

◦ Collate, and organise timely and accurate logistics reports of the company and its subsidiaries to the directors and management as required.

◦ Supply Chain planning in the collection and receipt of waste and manufactured products, to optimise the allocation of logistics assets and resources.

◦ Actively communicate communiques, policies, and directives etc as set out by the company to other staff, agents under employment by, or in any form of affiliation / alliance with the company or its subsidiaries.

Operational Administration

◦ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes and procedures.

◦ Team Leadership: Lead a team of logistics by providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

◦ Transportation and Distribution: Oversee transportation and distribution operations of waste and manufactured products. Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing transportation costs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

◦ Inventory Management: Planning in the storage and movement of waste and manufactured products in order to facilitate product sales and waste processing. Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of goods.

◦ Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers on providing good transportation services, warehousing, and other logistics-related activities. Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.

◦ Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws. Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, such as delays, disruptions, or security issues.

◦ Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

◦ Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including KPIs, cost analysis, and operational metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities. Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for action.

Job Requirements

◦ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Business Management or related discipline

Research & Laboratory

· Assist in the management of all laboratory resources, including lab assistants, hardware, and for the laboratory general serviceability, security and general cleanliness.

· To maintain an Inventory of equipment, reagents, chemicals and other laboratory consumables.

· To assist to manage a care programme for all laboratory equipment, including the schedule preventive maintenance and required calibration.

· Collate, and organise timely and accurate laboratory and analysis reports of the company to the directors as required; and measure and monitor laboratory productivity for the company.

· Actively seek source and suppliers of laboratory chemicals, reagents, equipment and wares to form business partnerships and relationships for the benefit of the company.

· To liaise with engineering & technical research resources of the company and its subsidiaries.

· To conceptualise, initiate and implement the environmental, health, safety and security policies, plans and systems of the laboratory.

· Designated management representative, and lead the company ISO 14000 preparation, monitoring, management & audits.

· Custodian of all required environmental, business & other regulatory permits, and organise applications, renewals and submissions for compliance pertaining to the laboratory.

Others

· To be a member in the company’s environmental management committee, providing support in maintaining and managing the EMS system for ISO 14000.

· To perform other tasks as assigned by the company not limited to the above mentioned.
