We are looking for a candidate passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. We do this via the EnX™ Sustainability Suite – an Enterprise IoT platform using AI to integrate sensor data and intelligent controls to perform Energy Monitoring, optimise ACMV, Lighting and Plug Loads, as well as manage Air Quality, Occupancy, Water Quality and Data Centre Infrastructure. Our customers have reduced energy consumption by up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
