Epitome Collective is looking for a Production Intern Production team!

Key Responsibilities

• Involvement in Pre-Production and closing production accounts after shoot
• Assisting Producers and/or Assistant Producers in various projects
• Assisting in planning logistics, location sourcing and casting talents.
• To run errands and ensure production stays on schedule
• Problem solve any production issues
• Assisting Production on set.
• Building relationships with all vendors to support creative projects and oversee the logistics management for project operations.

Qualification/Experience

• Good communicator and interpersonal skills
• The candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organised.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred. But also open
  to people with non-relevant diplomas/degrees.
• Candidates who have a strong interest in the media / film industry would have an added advantage

What you can offer to us.

The Social Media Intern will assist in managing all social media marketing efforts :

• Plan and create social marketing calendar to align with business goals
• Assist in managing social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok)
• Conceptualise and creation of content for TikTok and Instagram
• Schedule daily / weekly content across our social media platforms with engaging captions (copywriting)
• Strategically test, review and optimise social content to continuously improve performance and grow our social media presence
• Monitor social media analytics and report insights

What we need from you

• Familiar with Content Creation (IG Reels, TikTok)
• Familiar with popular trends and ideas
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Good knowledge to use the camera and iPhone
• A solid background in marketing and social media
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
• 3-6 months Full-Time internship commitment
