Job Responsibilities
Leave Administration:
- Manage the Leave group mailbox, responding to staff queries and ensuring efficient communication.
- Provide support for leave management processes, including onboarding new joiners, handling leave requests, and year-end leave calculations.
- Collaborate with staff, managers, and HR teams (Business Partners, Payroll) to gather necessary information for accurate leave entitlement and utilization calculations.
- Assist with system enhancements, review the leave application process, prepare user requirements, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Leave System.
Training Administration:
- Oversee the Learning & Development (L&D) group mailbox, addressing training-related inquiries.
- Set up training catalogues and courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and track the completion status of mandatory eLearning courses, sending reminder emails to those who have not completed the training.
- Record and upload learning hours for in-house, external, and online training sessions.
- Support learner registration for external training programs, including mandatory eLearning courses.
- Manage event logistics for training programs, including venue setup, catering, and preparation of training materials.
- Promote and engage employees in training programs to drive awareness.
- Assist with course grant submissions and ensure timely processing.
- Manage access to digital learning portals and generate learning reports as needed.
- Handle procurement activities related to training and HR, including processing invoice payments.
- Coordinate with new and existing vendors for training programs and oversee the vendor onboarding process.
- Prepare reports for audits and year-end sustainability reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in Leave and Training Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors.
