Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote and sell sneakers, apparel, and trading cards (e.g., Pokémon and One Piece cards).
• Handle cashier operations, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Manage inventory, including stock control and organization.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of fashion/apparel sales experience.
• Experience in handling luxurious brands.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• A strong team player who is personable, service-focused, and self-driven.
• Willingness to learn about current and upcoming products and trends.
• Adaptable and willing to take on other tasks as required.
