Job Responsibiltiies:

• Perform end to end recruitment activities with clients and candidates;
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and building strong working relationship with the clients;
• Provide consultancy on market trends and staffing solutions to clients;
• Work closely with senior management and team lead to ensure recruitment activities with clients are fulfilled;
• Assist in business development activities as assigned by team lead;
• Ensure business and work process compliance.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with preferably 2 years of relevant working experience from a recruitment industry;
• Experience in IT recruitment highly desirable;
• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Track records in recruitment sales and delivery.
• Candidates with no experience in recruitment but having a strong aptitude to learn and good attitude can be considered for the role.
