What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our dedicated teaching team, you will:

- Deliver top-quality A-Level H2 Math and Secondary A-Math and E-Math tuition classes and holiday crash courses using Epsilon Education’s in-house developed materials and teaching methodology.

- Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their fullest potential through free consultations outside classroom hours

- Be involved in regular teacher’s meeting(s) to align and work towards attaining high-quality teaching in class and other platforms

Job Requirements

• A good university degree (preferably in STEM and/or NIE training)

• At least 1 year of experience in teaching Singapore GCE A-Level H2 Math

• Able to work in evenings and on weekends

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Epsilon Education in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, also involve assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee daily operations and miscellaneous tasks of the center.
• Manage student enrollment, registration processes and attendance records.
• Coordinate with teachers and tutors to schedule classes and handle any scheduling conflicts.
• Handle inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
• Handle invoicing and billing of fees as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
