Specific Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the procurement and allocation of vehicles to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
4. Monitor financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Technical skills & competencies :
1. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software to track vehicle procurement, allocation, and current inventory levels.
2. Proficiency in utilizing product knowledge management systems to ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date product information, specifications, and pricing details.
3. Strong active listening skills to understand customer concerns and empathize with their situation.
4. Proficiency in using financial analysis software such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and generate reports.
5. Ability to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each role or department to assess performance objectively.
