Specific Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the procurement and allocation of vehicles to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

3. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.

4. Monitor financial performance metrics and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Technical skills & competencies :

1. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software to track vehicle procurement, allocation, and current inventory levels.

2. Proficiency in utilizing product knowledge management systems to ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date product information, specifications, and pricing details.

3. Strong active listening skills to understand customer concerns and empathize with their situation.

4. Proficiency in using financial analysis software such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and generate reports.

5. Ability to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each role or department to assess performance objectively.

As a Business Development Manager in the retail sale of motor vehicles except motorcycles and scooters, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective management of sales operations. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence, building strong relationships with customers, and developing innovative strategies to increase sales revenue.

Specific responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the retail sale of motor vehicles segment.

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company's presence in target markets.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.

4. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities for business growth.

Technical Skills & competencies:

1. Ability to conduct thorough market research using various tools and techniques to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for growth.
