We are seeking an experienced and dedicated In-house Recruiter to join the team. We want you if you are passionate about bringing creative minds together in the dynamic realm of interior design. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the company, with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring talented professionals in the field of interior design
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company policies, with a particular focus on accurate and timely documentation of work pass applications
- Demonstrate proficiency in the work pass applications full process, including but not limited to Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass applications
- Possess excellent communication skills with government agencies and other relevant parties regarding work pass applications
- Possess a deep understanding of the interior design industry, its trends, and the specific skills and qualifications required for different roles within the company
- Foster strong partnerships with the internal design teams to understand their specific project needs and team dynamics, facilitating effective talent acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, evaluating their technical skills, portfolio, and cultural fit within the company, ensuring alignment with the unique requirements of the interior design field
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, contributing to the overall improvement of talent acquisition strategies.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably within the interior design or related creative industries
- In-depth knowledge of the interior design field, industry trends, and skill requirements for various roles
- Familiarity with the end-to-end work pass applications process, demonstrating attention to detail and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey our company culture and values effectively
