- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. interview schedules, examination and tutorial schedules)
- Prepare onboarding documents
- Conducting of interviews
- Candidates management not limiting to updating candidates of interview outcome, answering candidates' enquiries and ensuring shortlisted candidates attending examination etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses a minimum Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior experience in similar field
- Able to at least commit 1 year of service
