1. Responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance.
2. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
3. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and services.
4. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
5. Build relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales.
6. Lead / Perform follow-up actions with clients to close sales.
7. Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and client’s profiles.
8. Developing budgets.
9. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
10. Innovative and resourceful, and shows initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales. Builds good rapport with new and existing clients by understanding clients' needs and finding business solutions.
11. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients through emails, physical presentation and via telephone.
12. Review recommendations of products services to match clients' needs.
13. Relay feedback from buyers to improve sales targets.
14. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
Other requirements:
1. Ability to travel to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks widely with key industry stakeholders.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
3. 2 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
4. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
5. Experience in security industry would be an advantage
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
