Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the testing of SAP software and systems across projects, in addition to supporting Project Managers with coordination and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible as a liaison between the testing team and other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Create comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and requirements.
- Define the scope, objectives, and approach for testing activities.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure accurate recording of test results.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, including metrics and defect status.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Testing process, Quality Assurance and Control.
- Ensure all testing activities meet the required quality standards.
- Track and report status across projects to Project Managers
- Support Project in administration related matters.
- Coordinate allocation of project resources.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in projects with similar role.
- Experience with Testing Tool such as Tricentis, Tosca.
- Knowledge in Finance/Accounting would be advantageous but mandatory.
- Strong understanding of technologies and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
