Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the testing of SAP software and systems across projects, in addition to supporting Project Managers with coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible as a liaison between the testing team and other stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts.
• Create comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and requirements.
• Define the scope, objectives, and approach for testing activities.
• Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure accurate recording of test results.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, including metrics and defect status.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Testing process, Quality Assurance and Control.
• Ensure all testing activities meet the required quality standards.
• Track and report status across projects to Project Managers
• Support Project in administration related matters.
• Coordinate allocation of project resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in projects with similar role.
• Experience with Testing Tool such as Tricentis, Tosca.
• Knowledge in Finance/Accounting would be advantageous but mandatory.
• Strong understanding of technologies and project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Summary:

Implement & Support Demand Forecast Planning Solutions and System Change Requests, across the Organisation’s Sales Companies in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate & Resolve issues, program bug fixes, in existing business applications.
• Support System Enhancements & Change Requests implementation.
• Engage business users and and communicate effectively for Requirement/ Solution discussions and proposal explanation.
• Leverage on know-how & experience in Database (Oracle/SOL) queries, to understand system design and data structure, to support in issue checking and periodic data patching activities, along with the technical team.
• Understand IT processes and able to support IT team in executing various projects.
• Work with stakeholders to design, test and implement new Solutions and Change Requests.
• Support rollout activities, related to implementation of Demand Forecast Planning Solutions, for the Organisation’s Sales Companies across the APAC region.
• Work closely with technical members as well as Business Partners/Vendors to review and ensure solutions implemented are robust, scalable and maintain quality.
• Conduct code reviews and testing.
• Prepare Design specifications, UAT documents, and User Guide documents.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4+ years technical experience in Database queries/ development.
• 3+ years working experience on users & business requirements gathering,
• Ability to translate requirements into system design and implementation.
• Experience in using Demand Planning tools in the market such as Blue Yonder, Board, etc. is advantageous.
• Exposure to IT consulting, SCM process, Business process study & IT solution proposal, Testing & Implementation is advantageous.
• Experience in SQL/Oracle Server database (Queries, Package, Stored Procedures, Trigger, Query Optimization).
• Experience in object-oriented application, understanding of basic design principles and best practices.
• Experience in server-side technologies .Net/C#, MVC & Web technologies (Angular, JavaScript) is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Ability to study & understand existing system, data & operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated & able to work as part of a team, needing interaction with other related team members (such as SAP team members).

Contract duration: start with 6-months renewable

Work location: Singapore

Requirements :-

• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant working experience as SAP FI-CO Consultant.
• At least 1 full cycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Good experience with SAP CO, particularly in areas: COPA, Product Costing, WBS, Project System.
• Experience in SAP FI support, in areas such as GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Tax, etc, preferred.
• Experience in Integration with SD and MM is an added advantage.
• Knowledge & Experience with bank accounting practices.
• Knowledge & Experience in banking sub-module topics related to Payment Run, MT940, DMEE, Bank H2H Connections, etc, much desired.
