Seeking Technical Project Manager with Certified Scrum Profession SCP certification for 1 year project renewable assignment .

Work Location: Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work with application development teams / agile squad(s) to achieve project goals.
• Work closely with business users and technical team from user stories till implementation.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with stake holders, team members and sponsors to ensure project progress and issues are clearly communicated.
• Manage project expenses, resource allocation and vendor contracts.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, security and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper tracking of all documentation such as User Stories and design work framework.
• Assist with platform reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience and minimum 3 years related experience in IT project management in financial services
• Agile project management skill with experience on at least minimum 2 projects in recent 2 years.
• Must be equipped with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, Development, Support, Bug fixing & Testing
• Experience in Bug tracking, fixing, retesting/regression testing
• Knowledge of new tech stack will be an added advantage such as KAFKA, API an MariaDB
• Certified Scrum Profession SCP certification is a must.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin as you need to communicate with overseas chinese-speaking business counterparts in this role for overseas projects.
• Project Management Profession PMP certification will be desirable.

Immediate 1 Yr Project Assignment for Singaporean to join as Business Analyst (Digital Wealth) at MBFC work location

This candidate will be working on in-house application - digimarkets Wealth. The candidate will have to interact with users such as RM from PB, Product team, tech teams, UX/UI Designers.

Candidates should have Treasury Market domain expertise in Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives.

Note: Candidate has to discuss the requirements in mandarin and able to read documents written in mandarin too due to jobscope.

• Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements
• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Supporting Unit users, UX/UI Designers, Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.
• Understanding of multi-asset class products e.g., Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.
• Analyzing and defining the interface structure between applications using protocols such as REST API, KAFKA.
• Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Requirements :-

· Min Bachelor or higher degree preferably in business or Computer Science IT

· At least 6-8 years working as a Business Analyst.

· Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.

· Ability to run and manage projects independently.

· Fluency in Mandarin (Reading and Speaking) is required due to the need to use as working langauge in the daily job functions.

· Working experience with Wealth users is an advantage.

· Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.

· Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner.

· Experience working on Jira, Confluence will be an advantage.
