Jobscope:

Overview: You will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels
• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting
• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities
• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment
• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations
• Able to work offshore and work at height
• Support system setup, testing and installation
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Experienced in Electro-optics System
• Must be able to clear Cat 2A security clearance for this role
• Positive work attitude, self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a customer first mind set
• Independent, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle emergency situations outside of normal work hours when required
• Good inter-personal, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Seeking Singaporean to join as Senior System Engineer (1 year project renewable)

DEGREE + Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).

Work hours: Monday to Thursday : 8.5hr. Staggered between 7.00am – 7.00pm, Friday : 8hr. Staggered between 7.00am – 7.00pm + Saturday – Once a month. Weekday hour will be shortened in such case.

Overview:

An Infrastructure Senior System Engineer is a professional responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other related services.
• Configure and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Configure and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, storage, and security.
• Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and services at datacentres.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.
• Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application deployments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Preferably 6 years of working experience in a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions/operations
• Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, routing, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus
