- To assist in AP and AR activities
- Handle Monthly invoicing, process supplier invoices, scheduling payments
- Maintaining record with outgoing payments
- To assist in monthly tabulation Sales Report
- Maintain Inventory and Sales Accounts
- Managing customer credit terms
- Maintain Office supplies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing
- Provide administrative support to managers and other team members as needed.
- Support & Coordinate adhoc assignments as and when required.
- Work Location: Hybrid , Central
Requirements:
All passes may apply.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma.
Good attitude, Meticulous & able to work independently.
Proficient in English
Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel eg; PIVOT Table, words .
