Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Authority: Become the subject matter expert for all FP&A activities related to the Global Design & Construction division, including budget, forecasts, and actualization.
• Labor Allocation Coordination: Oversee quarterly labor allocation and bookings, ensuring accurate financial reporting and resource management.
• Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for key partners and executive management, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Actively review and identify opportunities to improve the speed and timeliness of FP&A activities, while maintaining accuracy and enhancing efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships: Develop strong partnerships with leaders across various business functions to understand financial opportunities and risks, ensuring that FP&A is aligned with organizational goals.
• Special Projects Support: Assist with special projects that support corporate, global, and local finance initiatives, helping drive business outcomes through strategic financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is a plus.
• Certifications: CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) is essential. Experience with Hyperion for financial management is required (minimum of 2 years).
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

· Be the subject matter expert for business validations in the Forward and Reverse workstreams.

· Partner with Capability Architects to build and own test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test cases leading to QA validations and sign-off on assigned projects.

· Work with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply-chain integration testing.

· Evaluate and execute applicable test cases.

· Document all test results and ensure execution results up to date.

· Keep stakeholders well-informed of testing progress and statuses.

· Be able to articulate issues, problems, impacts, and support needs across different internal teams as well as external teams.

· Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes.

Must-Have Skills

· Supply Chain Management Major.

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on essential aspects of Order Management Forward Flow (O2C) and Reverse Flow (I2R/RMA).

· At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.

· Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and understanding/modifying XML files.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

· Well-versed in creating test plans and test cases.

· Great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks/goals.

· Hands-on experience in debugging problems through system logs.

Must have: In-depth supply chain management knowledge, QA expertise with functional testing, Oracle Fusion.

Nice to have: Python, Java- selenium

· Hands-on experience in developing automation tests, preferably in Supply Chain.
