Sales Director (APAC, Aviation & Aerospace)
A key senior management position that provides strategic and Sales leadership to develop and drive business outcomes with customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop the team to achieve and exceed the sales targets for APAC region
· Developing and implementing sales growth strategies.
· Managing key customers and building successful customer relationships.
· Participating actively in achieving company financial objectives
· Ensuring that business processes are adopted and applied by the sales team
Requirements:
• Possess a Business/Marketing/Engineering or relevant studies degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace industry.
• Proven Sales track record in the Aerospace industry.
• Possess leadership qualities, excellent business acumen, a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Experience on developing and implementing sales strategy and managing sales team
