Description:
• Attend to customers’ travel inquiries and requests through phone calls, emails, or walk-in
• Provide information on travel visa application and travel insurance
• Follow up and service customers’ inquiries or bookings, before and after-sales
• Achieve sales target monthly
• Opportunities for traveling overseas for familiarisation trips and tour-leading
Requirements :
• Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork - Basic Knowledge and familiar with the GDS booking system Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo, and OB system will be an advantage
Minimum Qualification
• O Level and above
- Able to converse & written in both English & Mandarin (Malay will be good too)
