Prepare Tender Submission, Design and Quantitative tender details.
Attend to Customer Meetings and Technical Site Coordination.
Review and Evaluate Tender Drawings and Documents.
Prepare cost estimate and cost plan quantification, ensuring that all quantities, rates, assumptions and exclusions are correct.
Review and assess Contracts, Prepare VO Charges.
Request for quotation from Contractors and Suppliers.
Prepare bill of quantities and Quotations.
Assure that quotations are in line with the client’s requirements.
Cost analysis and bench marking.
Requirements
Good working attitude
Singaporean, SPR and Malaysian are welcome
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Degree/ Diploma in Civil & Building Construction/Quantity Surveying.
Working Hour
Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm
