Responsibilities

• Manage a team that develops financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations for executive decision-making by conducting comprehensive analyses and utilizing appropriate methods
• Coordinate strategic financial planning for the company and its clients, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance
• Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity (management fees, fee splitting, gross-ups, reclasses), balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals), and accounts-receivable cash application, in compliance with GAAP
• Support finance partners in implementing valuation models, measuring results, tracking performance vs. expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective action
• Provide insights about spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities

Reviewed and coordinated subcontractors’ drawings and materials ensuring the interfacing within the related

trades were well coordinated.

• Responded to client, consultant, and subcontractor queries via phone calls, Whatsapp messages and emails.

• Co-chaired meeting with façade and design managers, updated weekly submission timelines, and prepared

meeting minutes and agenda.

• Supported construction managers by collaborating possible solutions to on-site issues and seeking architect’s

approval before commencing on site.

• Liaised with the contracts department to validate subcontractor claims for variation orders based on design

changed approved by consultants.

• Accurately recorded all design changes by the consultant through emails and communicated it with the team

to facilitate on-site amendments when necessary.

• Occasionally visited the project site to gain understanding of the site issues (due to interfacing of different

trades), raising RFI’s and monitored site progress.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management or other relevant discipline

Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal

Minimum 5 years professional experience documenting health projects

• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

• Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to Construction Manager. Comprehensive understanding of the drawings, specifications, phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project schedule. Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works. Assisted in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily person-hours returns, and coordination of all aspects of site issues. Record the daily workforce and productivity, monitor job progress, ensure quality work at the targeted schedule, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, and assist the construction manager in planning to prevent and resolve problems.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineer

At least five years of relevant experience in building projects/construction industry experience in high-rise buildings in confined city areas is preferred.

SALARY

S$5000/Month

- Organize and Control the overall "Topographical Activities" across the Project

- Prepare the relevant plans and procedures for the survey works to be performed

- Involve in the Topographical Activities for Rail Depot, Bus Depot, Reception Tunnel, and A&A works but not limited

- Management & Controlling of Critical Point & Benchmark

- Control of settlements on the adjacent constructions due to excavation, dewatering and recharging of water

- Coordinate the activities and ensure all individual construction activities of the works have adequate topographical supports and geometrical supports for structural works

- Maintain Geometrical information for the As-Built Structure

- Control and Sign off topographical surveys and reports

- Working within the Construction Team and Supporting the Design Team's requirements

- To control with a team member

Minimum Requirements/ Competencies

· Min. 5 years of experience in land surveying

· Degree/Diploma, Professional Land Surveying Certificate

· MS Office, AutoCAD, Related Survey Instrumentation Program

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD Candidates with CSCPM/BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height certificates would be an advantage
