Pre & post contract Quantity Surveying Works such as:-
- Taking off quantities.
- Tendering of projects.
- Sourcing of sub-contractors, suppliers and materials.
- Progress payment and claims.

- Final accounts
Degree or diploma in Building, Quantity surveying or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience with main contractor in private residential projects. For those who do not meet the experience requirement but have the special interest with good exam result will be considered for the junior QS.
