EVe Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore’s leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority (LTA), tasked with managing Electrical Vehicle (EV) charger deployment for HDB carparks and undertaking supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.
As a Customer Experience and Marketing Intern at EVe, you will embark on a transformative journey to gain invaluable hands-on experience in elevating and streamlining the customer journey. Collaborating closely with our business development and operations teams, as well as our partners, you will engage in various facets of customer engagement. This internship is thoughtfully designed to immerse you in customer-centric strategies, process enhancement, and develop and execute digital marketing activities.
This would include:
1.Support the Customer Experience Research & Analysis to understand customers painpoints and provide datapoints to improve EVe’s CX initiatives.
- Support the development EVe’s CX strategy.
- Assist in orchestrating and executing customer engagement initiatives, including surveys and events
- Understand customers’ painpoints through regular service audits
- Support the mapping of customer journey design and delivery for all EVCOs
2. Marketing and Branding Support to enhance EVe’s visibility
- Support the execution of EVe’s communications strategy initiatives.
- Support EVe’s calendar of communication activities, including supporting EVe’s social media channels
- Support and produce content for EVe’s channels
- Track and assess EVe’s presence and engagement online
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge in UX is advantageous.
- Possesses an innate customer-centric mindset, driven by a genuine passion for elevating the customer experience.
- Willing to commit to a minimum four (4) months internship duration.
- Demonstrates adaptability to swiftly evolving circumstances and a flexible work approach.
- Embraces a positive attitude and an insatiable eagerness to learn.
